What is not stored
The request name and note are not stored in localStorage. The portal asks for no address or phone number.
Moving to WhatsApp
When real handoff is enabled and you press the button, the text passes to WhatsApp/Meta and their policy applies. Opening WhatsApp does not mean the request was sent.
